The three-axis multifunctional double-column high-power dispersing and mixing agitator is a product developed based on the hydraulic lifting single-axis agitator, with strong dispersing and mixing functions. The conventional form is a high-speed dispersing agitator combined with an anchor-type scraping agitator, which has a strong shearing effect and high mixing efficiency; this product is well-suited for medium-to-high viscosity and thixotropic materials; one set of high-speed dispersers can be replaced with a medium-speed agitator, and the stirring method is optional, such as spiral, blade, and frame types, and the optimal stirring form can be designed according to the material properties and production process.

Applicable Materials: Materials with a viscosity below 1,000,000 cps and a solid content below 90%, such as battery slurries, solder pastes, ceramic slurries, silicone inks, sealants, structural adhesives, soft ointments, jams, and over a thousand other materials.
Driven by the power unit, the stirring paddle rotates in a fixed direction; during rotation, it drives the material to perform axial and radial rotation. The material in the agitator has both axial and circular motion, thus having several stirring forms such as shearing and diffusion stirring. It can effectively and quickly stir and mix the material. The dispersion disc rotates at high speed, causing the material to flow in a ring shape, generating a strong vortex, and spirally descending to the bottom of the vortex. Strong shear impact and friction occur between particles, achieving rapid waste water and dissolving functions. The stirring disc, through circular motion, produces a good radial effect, accelerating material circulation and improving dispersion efficiency. The hydraulic lifting agitator uses a hydraulic pump to drive the hydraulic plunger to lift and lower, driving the entire transmission mechanism and working group to lift and lower.
