The 32 series double helix conical mixer is a new type of mixing equipment with high homogeneity, low energy consumption, low residue, and low breakage. The equipment is equipped with two asymmetrical spirals, which rotate around the axis while revolving in the cone body with the help of the rotating arm, and the public and self-rotation of the spiral repeatedly lifts the material to achieve uniform mixing. This product has a wide range of applications and can mix powder with powder, powder with liquid, and can stir fine powder, fiber or flake materials.
The double helix conical mixer consists of a transmission part, a screw stirrer, and an inverted conical barrel. The stirrer consists of two asymmetrical spirals, which rotate around the axis while revolving in the cone body with the help of the rotating arm. The equipment uses the public and self-rotation of the spiral to repeatedly lift the material, creating shear, convection, and diffusion in the cone body, thereby achieving uniform mixing.
