The ZXJ pilot planetary mixer is a new type of high-efficiency chemical homogenizing and mixing equipment. It has a large output torque and is especially suitable for mixing materials with medium to high viscosity and high thixotropy (such as adhesives, silicone, lithium battery slurries, etc.) very thoroughly.
This machine adopts unique blade design, advanced mixing mode and transmission principle and other innovative technologies. The stirring paddle and dispersing shaft rotate simultaneously, stirring without dead corners, materials are tumbling and flowing at high speed vertically and horizontally, and the dispersion disc continuously shears and disperses the materials, so that the materials can achieve uniform effect in a very short time.
