TOP1003 flocculator mixer

Based on years of experience and proprietary technology, and utilizing advanced measurement and analysis techniques, Top has designed a high-efficiency impeller with excellent mixing performance for use in our DL series mixers.
● Top TOP1003 mixers offer vertical mixing from 0.37KW to 45KW. All products are rigorously tested by Top engineers to ensure high reliability.
● Simple and compact mechanical structure, easy to operate, maintain and repair, all for the user's consideration.
● The unique impeller design significantly increases the discharge volume.
● Multiple shaft seal types meet different material and operating conditions.
● The firm motor mounting significantly reduces vibration.
● High-efficiency hard-tooth surface gear transmission, featuring heat resistance, durability, and low noise.
● Deep groove ball bearing system. Ensures long-term use without lubrication.

Impeller Configuration

The TOP1003 gear mixer is configured with a GX impeller. In addition to the standard impeller configuration, Top can also provide users with more suitable impeller types based on their actual needs, ensuring better mixing results for the user.
● The weight in the table is approximate. It does not include the weight of the agitator shaft and impeller inside the container.
● The dimension L in the table is determined according to the user's container size.
● The DJ data in the table is determined by Top based on the user's mixing purpose, mixing capacity, and physical parameters, and the actual data shall prevail.
● The weight of the motor is the approximate weight of a common indoor motor, which may vary depending on the motor's approximate weight, manufacturer, and type.

Remarks:

● The weight in the table is approximate and does not include the weight of the hanging and anchor bolts.
● The flange dimensions in the table can be replaced with European and American standards.
