During operation, the 21 series ZG pilot planetary mixer's two parallel impellers rotate at a fixed, preset ratio. They revolve around the mixing tank while also rapidly rotating on their own axes. Simultaneously, a helical scraper inside the tank rotates synchronously with the revolution, moving material from the tank wall towards the impellers. The mixer's rotation direction can be the same as or opposite to the revolution, achieving different shear effects. Two additional high-speed dispersing discs, each with its own power unit, also rotate along the inside of the tank, providing efficient dispersion and emulsification. The speed of the high-speed dispersing discs is adjustable via a frequency converter, allowing for customization based on production needs.
This type of movement allows materials to achieve a completely uniform emulsification and mixing effect in a short time, especially suitable for solid-solid, solid-liquid, and liquid-liquid dispersion and mixing.
