High mixing efficiency, wide range of applications
The twin-planetary power hybrid mixer has two sets of mixing paddles and a set of high-speed dispersing shafts that rotate around the barrel axis while simultaneously rotating at high speed, subjecting the material to strong shearing and kneading to achieve rapid mixing; the mixing paddles come in various forms such as paddle type, spiral type, melon type, and frame type. The optimal mixing form can be selected according to different viscosities, specific gravities of materials, and different production process requirements.
Convenient and safe operation
The equipment uses an oil cylinder as a lifting actuator, and the lifting adopts a bottom lifting method, that is, the mixing device is fixed, and the operation is achieved by lifting the barrel. The lifting device has a barrel fixing device to prevent the barrel from shifting during operation and causing safety accidents; at the same time, a slide rail device is set between the mixing and extrusion to facilitate material movement and achieve integrated mixing and discharging operation.
Materials do not stick to the walls, clean discharge
There is a scraper on the planetary frame that moves with the planetary frame, constantly scraping against the barrel wall. After the barrel wall is precisely machined by a lathe and then polished by an automatic polishing machine, it ensures that the moving scraper on the planetary frame completely scrapes off the material on the barrel wall during rotation, leaving no residual material on the barrel wall, and improving the mixing effect.
