

The working volume of the ribbon blender ranges from 0.014m3 to 14.5m3. Different power and speed meet more requirements. Its features are that the equipment can be well coordinated with your machine, with vacuum, hot and cold jackets, materials can be selected at will, with intermediate or bottom discharge design, cutter and various filling boxes are optional, plus its unique four optional ribbon arrangement forms. This ensures uniform mixing of materials.
It consists of a U-shaped container, ribbon stirring blades and transmission components: The U-shaped long cylindrical structure ensures low-resistance movement of the mixed materials (powder, semi-fluid) in the cylinder. The forward and reverse rotating ribbons are installed on the same horizontal axis, forming a low-power, high-efficiency mixing environment. The ribbon-shaped blades are generally made into double or triple layers. The outer spiral layer gathers the materials from both sides to the center, and the inner spiral layer transports the materials from the center to both sides, which can make the materials form more eddies in the flow. This accelerates the mixing speed and improves the mixing uniformity. It is generally used for mixing viscous or cohesive powder and granular materials, as well as for mixing liquid and paste materials into powder and granular materials. Due to the difficulty of cleaning viscous materials, it is suitable for long-term mixing with large output and infrequent variety changes.
Powder materials adopt a pneumatic large-opening structure, which has the advantages of fast discharge and no residue; high-fineness materials or semi-fluid materials adopt manual butterfly valves or pneumatic butterfly valves. Heating or cooling jackets can be configured. Heating methods include electric heating and heat transfer oil heating. For cooling, cooling water can be directly injected into the jacket. The jacket has a large heat exchange area and a fast cooling speed. Small-sized mixers adopt a reducer direct-connection method, which has a simple structure, high reliability, and convenient maintenance. Large-sized mixers adopt a belt-driven cycloidal reducer drive. The elastic connection of the belt drive has the advantage of protecting the transmission components during overload.
