

The GXJ industrial double planetary mixer is a new type of mixing equipment with high performance, high efficiency, and easy cleaning and maintenance. The equipment's double-group stirrers rotate around the axis while self-rotating. The stirrer type is selected according to the material viscosity and process characteristics. Common types include paddle, spiral, claw, and frame types. It has good mixing, reaction, dispersion, and dissolving effects. The high-speed disperser consists of multiple layers of serrated dispersion plates with extremely high linear velocity. It also rotates at high speed while rotating around the axis, quickly dispersing powder (additives) into the slurry, and has a strong dispersion effect. The double planetary power mixer is equipped with an independent set of scrapers that continuously scrape against the barrel wall. At the same time, the stirring blades can add scrapers arranged at the bottom of the barrel to scrape, avoiding dead corners and ensuring product stability and improving mixing efficiency. Its transmission uses planetary gear transmission, has a large output torque, and is suitable for high-temperature, high-solid, and high-viscosity high-difficulty working conditions. The machine has a closed design and can be used with a vacuum system to achieve vacuum mixing. The mixing barrel can be designed with a jacket for heating, and with a temperature control machine, it can achieve constant temperature mixing. It is the preferred dispersion and mixing equipment for high-viscosity materials on the market.

High Mixing Efficiency, Wide Range of Applications
The double planetary power mixer has two sets of stirring paddles and a high-speed dispersion shaft that rotate around the barrel axis while rotating at high speed, subjecting the material to strong shearing and kneading to achieve rapid mixing. The stirring paddles come in various forms, such as paddle, spiral, claw, and frame types. The optimal stirring form can be selected for materials with different viscosities, specific gravities, and different production process requirements.
Convenient and Safe Operation
The equipment uses an oil cylinder as a lifting actuator, and the lifting uses a bottom lifting method, that is, the mixing device is fixed, and the operation is achieved by lifting the barrel. The lifting device has a barrel fixing device to prevent the barrel from shifting during operation, causing safety accidents. At the same time, there is a slide rail device between the mixing and extrusion, which facilitates material movement and achieves integrated mixing and discharging operation.
No Material Sticking to the Walls, Clean Discharge
There is a scraper on the planetary frame that moves with the planetary frame, continuously scraping against the barrel wall. After the barrel wall is precisely machined on a lathe and then polished by an automatic polishing machine, it ensures that the moving scraper on the planetary frame completely scrapes off the material on the barrel wall during rotation, leaving no residual material on the barrel wall, improving the mixing effect.
